INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

My hardware not connected to the phone?or I can’t connect the hardware with the Bluetooth list.

Make sure to use the exact way to connect:

1)For the Makevlove App: 

Switch on the toy + Switch on application + Turn on Bluetooth of your phone.

And then click CONNECT at upright corner, click the product you want to connect on the searching radar

2)For the MVL Anime App: 

Switch on the toy + Switch on application + Turn on Bluetooth of your phone.

And then it will connect automatically.

Once it is connect, you will see blue light on the stroker(or bracelet) button

*Please don’t use the default Bluetooth list of you mobile  system to connect, BKK product do not use Bluetooth list for connection.

The phone system blocked the application, what should I do?

This will appear when you are the first time to install app beside Google play or Appstore, please follow this step:

Android User: 

“Setting” -> “Application options” -> “Unknown sources” -> allow”

or in some android version:

“Setting” -> “Application options” -> “Unknown sources” -> allow”

iOS User:

“Setting” -> “General” -> “Profile” -> Tap the app and tap “Trust”.   or in some iOS

version:

“Setting” -> “General” -> “Device Management”  -> Tap the app and tap “Trust”. 

The phone asks me as a Bluetooth pin code but impossible to connect

This is caused by some android phone depends on the model. 

Just enter 000000, and ignore whatever it alert, turn on the BKK application and connect the device in the application.

The App ask me to enter a serial number

Please click “enter” or “skip", if there is no “enter” or “skip”, please update to the

latest version.

How to input videos into the cinema function?

Android User: 

Put the videos any where in your mobile storage, the app could find it automatically.

iOS User:

Connect your phone with iTunes, input the videos under the index of the app.

Do Not input to the photo album.

Why I cant use cinema and game in the MAKEVLOVE App? 

MAKEVLOVE App is to enjoy real person porn; Please use the MVL Anime App to use the 3D animation game and the cinema.

I can use the non-VR movie, but I can’t use the VR movie

This happen in some special Android phone, VR function required gyro / Accelerator in mobile phone. If the mobile do not have a gyro, or the gyro is being damaged,

then the VR function will not work. You can check the spec list of your phone, or you can download some app that control by tilting your phone

(like some racing game) to check is the gyro of your phone working.

USING HARDWARE

The holder of the VR headset is pressing my phone’s side button and causing the screen to switch off, How to solve?

There are some foam-sticker in the packing (with the cleaning kit), those foam sticker can be used to adjust the contact place between VR headset and phone.

The VR headset can’t hold my phone tight.

For some phone which with curved or metallic side, we suggested to use a soft phone shell to increase the friction.

Is the stroker waterproof?

The cup (shell) is not waterproof. DONT rinse with water directly. Take out the silicon after usage and clean it alone. The cup can be wiped with soft cloth.

How to clean the stroker?

Remove the silicon from the cup and then rinse the silicon surface with water.

Are there any restrictions about the phone size for VR helmet?

The VR helmet supported phone size from 4.7 to 6 inch. (iPad and tablet are unavailable)

For this reason we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.This email will contain your tracking number which we advise be used to track your package and ensure proper delivery.


I just received my item, and it's damaged! What do I do?

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the problem.

Please have pictures ready to send us of the damaged items and damaged areas. Please be advised, all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

What is your in store return policy?

We will gladly accept products for return within 30 days of purchase that are unworn, in new condition and in their original sealed packaging.
• Please be advised... WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH REFUNDS.
• A BKK's gift card will be issued for returns of merchandise purchased with cash and gift cards.
• For purchases made with a credit card, a credit card will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
• For purchases made with a debit card bearing a Visa/MC logo, a credit will be issued to the debit card used for the original purchase.


When should I see my refund?

Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. We ask that you please save your tracking information.
